ESI Card

The ESI Card (Pehchan Card) is issued under the Employees’ State Insurance Scheme, managed by the ESIC, Government of India. It provides employees and their families access to cashless medical treatment, sickness benefits, maternity benefits, disability coverage, and other social security benefits at ESIC hospitals and dispensaries. The card serves as an identity proof for insured persons and their dependents to avail these welfare facilities.
