Ulayati helps users book online services like business registration, form filling, and compliance filings. We act as a mediator and are not affiliated with any government authority.

2. User Responsibilities

You must provide correct, lawful information and ensure uploaded documents are valid. Misuse may result in denial of service or account termination.

3. Service Process

After booking a service, you’ll be redirected to a secure chat where you may need to provide additional information. Our working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

4. Government Disclaimer

Ulayati does not represent or impersonate any government body. Services are executed through official portals like udyamregistration.gov.in, gst.gov.in, etc.

5. Third-Party Involvement

We may assign certain services to verified professionals. All collaborators follow secure handling practices.

6. Fees & Payments

Charges vary by service and are communicated before work starts. Payments are collected securely within the chat interface through a Payment Gateway, not using Google Play Payment System.

7. Data & Security

All data is encrypted. We do not share your information except for service completion. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ulayati is not liable for any rejection or delay caused by invalid user data or third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We may terminate user access for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
